OCTOBER 09’ PREDICTIONS

The ongoing Uranus (24 degrees of Pisces) and Uranus (26 degrees of Virgo) opposition continues and is in orb to square transiting Pluto at 0 degrees 43 minutes of Capricorn… these are slow moving planets… thus the aspect will be in effect throughout half the month …as it was last month …so, we can expect more of the same …and I do mean …more.

Day one of October… I see a ‘Yod’ also called the ‘Finger of God’ formation… this occurs when two planets are sextile (60 degrees) to each other and both form inconjuncts to a third planet or group… (as of a midnight 10/1/09 chart) Mars (at 21 degrees of Cancer) and Mercury (at 21 degrees of Virgo) …both then form an Inconjunct (150 degrees) to Chiron at 21 degrees of Aquarius… the focal point of the formation…

The Chiron location is also the midpoint of the triplet conjunct of Neptune (at 24 degrees) and Jupiter (at 17 degrees)… the scandal, fraud, pollution, assassination mix… and at the Virgo point of the ‘Yod’ …a triplet conjunct of Venus/Chiron/Saturn… and finishing out the other base point of the ‘Yod’ is violent Mars at 21 degrees of Cancer… study the chart… it looks like a pointer.

In some astrology camps a ‘Yod’ it is considered to be a very strong destiny (It’s gonna happen!) influence… so, more of the same …and with Mars in the mix the fire gets turned up a bit…
and in the water sign of Cancer more sea storms can boil up.

…and we’ve got two juicy media scandals stewing on one burner …Mackenzie and Polanski, which the media will probably over cook …a pot of violent weather and earthquakes simmering on another burner…the Pig flu cooking in the skillet… and the stock market may boil over any minute… things could get messy during the first half of the month.

…another factor is the pull of Mars as the elliptic orbits of Earth and Mars begin to move closer together. This happens about every two years. The last time was when Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in December 07’ …on through until the Israeli December 08’ invasion of Palestine. Thus this could be the beginning of another rather stressful year.

There are social ‘powder kegs’ world wide… and people are getting very angry and frustrated… and when some people reach a point where they have nothing else to lose… it can get explosive… we must watch our tempers and try to focus and constructively use this energy on the hard work necessary to get out of this quagmire.

The planet has been under a lot of stress lately with the on going Uranus/Saturn/Pluto ‘T-Bar’ aspect… and it continues… and could bring more major 6+M earthquakes, and severe storms will probably continue… check you kits, batteries, water… be prepared but not scared… as all of this occurs on my 65th birthday… lucky me!

…on the fun side …this may be a very surprising football season!
